May graduations fill earliest. Last year every May weekend was fully booked by mid-April.

Pick a flat, covered area for backyards

Patio or garage works well — shade + protection from Texas weather.

Place the booth in a high-traffic area

Near food, drinks, or dance floor.

Plan 2–4 hours

Focused parties: 2 hrs. Open-house style: 3–4 hrs.
