How much does a photo booth rental cost in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Our packages start at $499 for 2 hours on The Moment Booth (iPad), and $549 for 2 hours on either The Studio Booth (DSLR) or The Spotlight 360. Extra hours are $100 each. Photo prints are an optional add-on at +$100. Pricing is the same across all DFW cities — no mileage fees. Full cost breakdown here.

How far in advance should we book?

For weekend dates between April and December, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead. Wedding-season Saturdays and December corporate-party dates fill up first. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — give us a call.

Do you serve corporate events?

Yes. Corporate is one of our biggest segments. We offer branded overlays, custom backdrops, sponsor integration, multi-day rates for conferences, and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request. What's included with every photo booth rental?

Every package includes: a trained on-site attendant, props, gold stanchions with red velvet ropes, professional lighting, a custom photo or video template, instant digital sharing (text, AirDrop, email, QR code), and full setup & teardown. The Moment Booth and Studio Booth also include a backdrop. The Spotlight 360 captures all angles, so no backdrop is needed.

Do guests need to download an app to get their photos?


No. Our sharing system is completely app-free. Guests get their photos and videos via direct text, email, AirDrop, or by scanning a QR code. No accounts, no downloads, no friction.

How much space does the booth need?

The Spotlight 360 needs roughly an 8×8 ft area for the spinning platform. The Moment Booth and Studio Booth fit in a 6×6 ft footprint. We confirm space requirements before your event and adapt to most DFW venue layouts.

Are you insured?

Yes — $1M general liability coverage. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request, which is often required by venues and corporate clients.
