This is the single most important piece of advice we can give: if you are planning a holiday party photo booth rental in Dallas, do not wait to book.
The holiday season is by far the busiest time of year for photo booth rentals in DFW. November and December weekends start filling up as early as September, and the most popular dates, the weekends closest to Christmas and New Year’s Eve, are often the first to go. Corporate holiday parties alone account for a significant portion of our December calendar. Last year, every Friday and Saturday in December was fully booked by the first week of November.
Here is what we recommend:
- For November and December events, book at least four to six weeks in advance. Earlier is better, especially for Friday and Saturday dates in Dallas, Plano, and Frisco.
- For New Year’s Eve, book as early as possible. NYE is a single-night event, and availability is extremely limited across the entire DFW area.
- For Halloween, three to four weeks ahead is usually sufficient, but October weekends do fill up.
- For other holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving), two to three weeks of lead time is typically enough, though earlier booking always gives you more options.
