Photo Booth Rental FAQ — Your Questions Answered.
Pricing & What’s Included
Q1. What types of photo booths do you offer in Dallas-Fort Worth?
We offer three distinct photo booth experiences, each designed for different event styles and budgets:
- The Moment Booth — iPad Digital Booth (Starting at $499/2hr) — iPad on a white pedestal with ring light. A sleek, interactive booth that keeps energy high and guest lines moving. A favorite at birthday parties in Frisco, graduation celebrations in Plano, and holiday events across Dallas. Includes attendant, backdrop, props, gold stanchions with red velvet ropes, and a custom template. Add-on: photo prints +$100.
- The Studio Booth — iPad/DSLR Booth (Starting at $549/2hr) — DSLR camera + iPad on a premium pedestal with LED color ring. Professional-grade image quality — the go-to choice for clients who want sharp, studio-grade portraits. Popular at upscale weddings in Southlake and corporate headshot stations in downtown Dallas. Includes attendant, backdrop, props, gold stanchions with red velvet ropes, and a custom template. Add-on: photo prints +$100.
- The Spotlight 360 — 360 Photo Booth (Starting at $549/2hr) — Spinning platform with slow-motion video capture. Guests step onto a platform while a camera captures cinematic video from every angle. These clips go viral on Instagram and TikTok and have become the most requested option at DFW weddings, corporate galas, and milestone celebrations. Includes attendant, props, gold stanchions with red velvet ropes, and a custom template. No backdrop included. Video only — no print add-on.

Q2. How much does a photo booth rental cost in Dallas?

Q3. Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?
None. We quote a clear, upfront price that covers your selected booth, setup, teardown, and an attendant. If your event requires travel beyond our standard Dallas-Fort Worth service area or if you request additional add-ons, we communicate those costs before you commit. The price we quote is the price you pay. This is one reason clients across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Southlake keep coming back to us for event after event.
Q4. What’s included with every booking?
Trained on-site attendant, props, gold stanchions with red velvet ropes, professional lighting, custom photo or video template, instant digital sharing (text, AirDrop, email, QR), full setup & teardown. Moment + Studio also include a backdrop.
Q5. Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. $1M general liability. We can provide a COI naming your venue as additional insured at no extra charge.
Booking & Availability
Q6. How far in advance should I book?
4–8 weeks for most. Peak-season weddings + large corporate events: 2–3 months ahead. Saturdays in spring/fall and Q4 holiday weekends fill fastest.
Q7. Can you do last-minute Dallas bookings?
Often yes. We hold time every week for last-minute events. If your event is within 48–72 hours, call directly rather than submitting a form.
Q8. What if I need to change my event date?
Reach out as soon as possible. We work with you to reschedule based on availability.
Setup & Logistics
Q9. How much space does a photo booth need?
Spotlight 360: ~10×10 ft. Moment + Studio: ~8×8 ft. We confirm space requirements before your event.
Q10. How does the photo booth rental process work?
6 steps: Choose booth → quote/book → customize → setup → enjoy → teardown. Full process walkthrough →
Q11: Do you provide a professional attendant?
Yes — every booth, every event. Trained, presentable, ready to manage the booth, assist guests, troubleshoot.
Photo Sharing & Customization
Q12. How do guests receive their photos and videos?
Instantly. Options: text message, email, AirDrop (Apple), QR code. No apps to download, no waiting.
Q13. Can I customize the photo overlay or template?
Yes — every booking includes a custom template at no extra charge. Wedding clients add names + date + monogram. Corporate clients add logos + hashtags + campaign branding.
Q14. What’s the difference between a 360 photo booth and a regular photo booth?
Moment + Studio booths capture stills on iPad/DSLR — guests pose, press, get a photo. The Spotlight 360 is a spinning platform with a rotating arm camera that captures slow-motion video — designed for social-media sharing.
